Share Draft/Checking Line of Credit

Overdraft Protection – Variable Rate
Maximum Credit line of $5,000. Rate will be set the 1st day of each new quarter. Rate will be the Prime Rate on the 1st day of each month preceding each new quarter plus a margin of 6.50%. Minimum monthly payment will be 3% of the balance at months end.

Shares/Savings Pledged Loan

Maximum loan amount of $100,000.  Rate will be 2% above the dividend rate on shares in effect at the time of the loan.  Minimum monthly payment of $70.  Shares will be frozen up to the balance of the loan until paid in full.
