To report a lost or stolen ATM/MASTERCARD Debit Card during regular business hours, please call our office at (475) 210-5588. To report a lost or stolen ATM/MASTERCARD Debit Card after business hours, please call 1-800-472-3272.

MasterCard Debit Card Activation:

To activate your MasterCard Debit Card, please call 1-800-992-3808. The activation code is the last 4 digits of the primary account holders Social Security number.
